Ms. Van Rixel is exited to begin her teaching here at Trinity, where she can share the love of God with her students everyday. She grew up in Athens, Wisconsin, where she attended Trinity Lutheran School, and then Athens High School. She got her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Concordia University Wisconsin. While attending Concordia she was on both of the Cross Country and Track teams.
When not in the classroom Ms. Van Rixel enjoys running, kayaking, fishing, doing many different types of crafts including; crochet, knitting, quilting, and spending time with her family at her grandparents’ cabin.
