Mrs. Zuelsdorff really enjoys teaching second grade and considers it an honor to be able to teach Jesus to her students each day. She works hard to create fun and interesting lessons for her students that are engaging and meaningful. Her love for Jesus is shown by how she cares for her students and how conflicts in the classroom are handled in a Christian manner. She also likes to have open communication with parents/guardians for a successful partnership for each child’s education.

Mrs. Zuelsdorff integrates the Christian faith in all aspects of learning. Using technology and staying current with new learning methods is also something she considers important in the second grade classroom. Things to look forward to in second grade are: field trips to various places in the community, special treats and classroom prizes, fun games and activities in different areas of learning, Flat Stanley project, daily journaling, and Family Fun Nights once a month.

When not in the classroom Mrs. Zuelsdorff likes to be with her family, travel, play the piano and organ, go to baseball games, watch T.V, run, eat, and root for any Minnesota team!

Mrs. Zuelsdorff grew up in Lake City, MN. She attended Minnesota State for two years and then transferred to Concordia-St. Paul, MN and graduated in 1992, with a degree in Elementary Ed and Early Childhood. She has taught grades 1, 6, K, and 2nd grade in her previous schools. She has 28 years of experience of which 25 have been at Lutheran schools in WI. She is married to Bill, and has three amazing boys.

Proverbs 22:6
