Comfort, Hope, and the Promise of Christ
At Trinity Lutheran Church and School, we recognize that the death of a loved one brings profound grief and sorrow. In the midst of that grief, we also cling to the promises of God and the hope we have through Jesus Christ.
As Christians, we mourn the loss of those we love, yet we do not mourn without hope. Through His death and resurrection, Jesus Christ has conquered sin and death and promises eternal life to all who trust in Him. This Gospel promise is at the heart of every Christian funeral.
Our pastors, staff, and congregation consider it a privilege to walk alongside families during this difficult time. Through prayer, God’s Word, Christian worship, and compassionate care, we seek to provide comfort and point families to the lasting hope found in Christ.
Our pastor works closely with the family and funeral home to help coordinate the service and any gathering at Trinity. If you are considering holding a service at Trinity, please contact the pastor before announcing a date or time for the service or luncheon and before making arrangements with a funeral home. This allows us to work together with you from the beginning and help ensure that all of the details are thoughtfully cared for.
Memorials & Honorariums
Family members, friends, and loved ones who wish to honor someone’s life may choose to make a memorial gift to Trinity Lutheran Church & School. Memorial gifts may be designated to support the church, school, or another specific ministry or purpose. Please ensure you note the individual you are honoring and the area in which you would like your donation to support.
Memorial donations may be mailed or delivered to the Trinity Church or School Office. Contributions can also be made online through our secure giving portal.
Donations are tax-deductible. If you would like to receive a tax statement at the end of the calendar year, please be sure to include your full name and current address with your gift.
