Trinity’s Missions
It is the position of Trinity Lutheran Church and School that blessings abound through tithes and offerings. As a congregation, we budget to allocate 10% of our tithes and offerings income to support the Church at a local, national and global level. We feel that this practice of steadfast stewardship furthers the mission of the Church at large, allowing us to be a blessing to others as we have been blessed. We believe that it is more blessed to give than to receive. (Acts 20:35)
We don’t stop there…In addition to the 10% annual tithe that supports local, national and global missions (as determined by our congregational Stewardship Committee), we receive donor-restricted funds that go directly to support missions throughout the year. One hundred percent of our Thanksgiving offering, Day School Chapel Offerings, and special collections throughout the year also support predetermined missions.
