Pastor Sundbom comes to Trinity after serving St. Peter’s, Conover NC; Calvary, Jacksonville, NC; and St. Paul’s Painesville, OH.
He has 3 children, two sons and one daughter as well as one “furry” child, his dog Ollie. One of his sons is a firefighter working full-time for one department and part-time at a second, the other is a Machinist. His daughter is a trained Pasty Chef.
Pastor Sundbom spent most of his childhood in northwest Minnesota, just a couple hours south of the Canadian border. He is a graduate of Concordia University Wisconsin, 1996; and Concordia Theological Seminary, 2000.
When he has free time, he enjoys golf, playing board games & card games, and attending concerts & live sporting events. Accidentally on purpose he has attended baseball games at 8 different MLB stadiums so far, and is interested in adding to the list when possible.
