Tina Dickens has responsibility for the areas of Finance, Human Resources, and Facilities Management at Trinity. While this may seem like a departure from her 13+ years of healthcare management experience, Tina relates the two: She still gets to participate in operational management, creating a stable environment for highly specialized people to take care of others…though the caretaking is more spiritual than physical in nature. She believes that Human Resources is the most important part of her job role at Trinity; Finance gets the most attention; and Facilities is the most fun.
Tina holds a Master’s of Science in Healthcare Administration, and she enjoys the opportunity to work in a church or school. She considers the opportunity to mentor children in any capacity to be an immense responsibility. The honor and privilege to interface with people of all ages and educational backgrounds at Trinity is extremely rewarding.
Tina is originally from Alabama, so she talks funny and is naturally a die-hard Alabama football fan. She is starting to love the Packers, but her real love in Wisconsin is cheese. She spends her free time painting (pastels and acrylics), modifying family-favorite recipes, dancing in the kitchen, family game nights, and anything else she sets her mind to. Tina and her husband James are blessed with three sons and a daughter. Together is their favorite place to be.
