Christian Education is an element of everything we do at Trinity Lutheran Church and School. We educate in all areas at all ages, from Sunday School, Youth and Adult Bible Study to Trinity Lutheran School, which opened only one day after the church in 1908. Education of this magnitude requires the brain power and working hands of many groups.
Christian Education Ministry is responsible for the oversight of the educational programming within the framework of the church. Programs include Sunday School, Bible Study, Moms and Tots, Vacation Bible School, and Easter for Kids.
Youth Ministry is responsible for the oversight of the programming for junior and senior high school students within the framework of the church.
The School Board and Childcare sub-committee are responsible for the oversight of all programming specific to those areas. Programs include Registration, Veteran’s Day, Christmas services, family dinners, Teacher Appreciation, National Lutheran Schools Week, Carnival, Graduation Banquet, Field Trips, Room Parents, Donuts with Dad, Muffins with Mom, Grandparents Day…you can only imagine how many volunteer opportunities there are!
The best way to get involved is to raise your hand, show up, and jump right in! You can express an interest here, and someone will contact you about how to use your gifts to serve!
