The Enrollment process begins with a tour of the school. You can schedule a tour through the menu to the left. Following your tour, you will want to fill out an Enrollment Form. Once your enrollment is accepted, you’re a Trinity Eagle!

You may submit your Enrollment Form in one of three ways: You may fill print the Enrollment Form below and bring it with you on your tour; you may obtain a paper copy when you arrive for your tour; or you may fill out the electronic form below. Any way you choose to submit the form is acceptable.

Enrollment Fee ($125 per student before March 15; $200 per student after March 15)
Paid by check only upon acceptance of Enrollment Form. Non-refundable. Not applied to tuition.


You may be asked to sign your Enrollment Form at a later date.
