CONGREGATIONAL ASSEMBLY MINUTES

Active members of the congregation who are 18 years of age and older meet annually in a regular meeting called the Congregational Assembly. The annual Congregational Assembly is held roughly 30 days prior to the start of the fiscal year. Trinity’s fiscal year runs from July 1 through June 30.

At the annual Congregational Assembly, the Senior Pastor is required to present a one-year strategic plan, budget is presented for approval from the congregation, the congregation casts votes to elect officers and members of the governing boards, and other items may be presented.

The congregation may also be invited to attend Special Meetings throughout the year as scheduled.

Meeting minutes from each Congregational Assembly are made available to active members of the congregation through a secure member portal after the minutes have been approved by the congregation at subsequent meetings.
